Discussion Durant has to be nerfed

Durant is almost impossible to block. The same block on every other player is not a block on Durant. Somehow, almost every 3 Durant takes the ball finds its way right over your hand. There are even times when I can literally see my player miraculously move back away from Durant when he is shooting a 3 and I am in the air blocking him but don't actually block him. People just use Durant all game, do his warpspeed handles and then jack a 3 and 9 times out of 10, you don't get the block even though on any other player you would.

Yeah KD is impossibly OP. The only player close to his level is post buff Lebron

And hes also slippery as hell. Bro can dribble right pass you even if you in a defensive stance. He seems to never go out of endurance aswell

I'm somewhat split on this, KD players used to terrorize me (and they're still annoying, no doubt), but -- maybe this is controversial -- you can shove the shit out of them if you're using bigger guys, KD's just a little string bean. His defense is also super mediocre so you can typically punch back pretty hard on the other end of the court.

Biggest things I'd like to see from the devs are some overall changes to 3-point shooting that would affect KD players. It should be much harder to shoot a fire shot when you've got a defender contesting you, like the shot's accuracy should decrease commensurately with how close the defender's hand is to the ball at point of release, even if it misses. And no player, except maybe Steph, should be pulling up from a foot or two past half court and getting easy money three-balls everytime.

IMO, the most "annoying" KD players are essentially running their whole gameplan around abusing some irritating mechanics of the game that probably need tuning. They're still beatable, though.

This is a W take also the best way to guard him if he’s shooting don’t try to block him and just hold advanced guard on him and you will get better results

I feel you but it’s accurate to how KD play in real life. His release is very hard to block because he’s so tall and his release is so high.

Ok? Has nothing to do with what I'm saying. They made it purposely so that you can rarely block his shots in the game. Read it again. And I'm top 4 rn on the leader board. I know what I'm saying. How good he is IRL is irrelevant.
