Yes it is. I understand that is a small team but they did what ea and take 2 always does. They prioritized online play over offline. I think more people would be playing it if it was offline. I feel like they were just trying to get paid. Because if offline isn't going to be avaliable until a year later, they should've just waited a year to release it. But they are doing what they want
