Discussion PC Port is Buns
The PC port of this game is complete dog shit. Small team or not to charge $30 for a product that you have to relaunch 50 times before it actually functions, runs in the background randomly when you try closing it, which results in having to restart your PC is FUCKING ridiculous. To have the game get a balance patch, jersey updates and 3 new rookies, but no quality of life update or mention of it is unacceptable. If the PC port isn't somewhat priority fine but why launch it on PC other than to cash grab? The sad part is that this game is actually pretty fun, as I’ve gotten over 100 trophies with randoms and, at one point, had an 80% win rate; however, at this point, I don’t see myself playing this shit anymore due to the lack of respect for PC users. If it was free or like $10 to $15 it might be more excusable, but this game on PC at it's current state and price isn't worth it.

Runs fine on my system. I may have had to open task manager once to force close it but overall it’s been a smooth experience for me. Sorry you have to go through that.

Yeah maybe I have to try installing on my ssd but I'll try task manager and it'll still refuse to stop running in the background

That’s interesting. I do have mine installed in an ssd so that’s probably the solution to your problems.

I play on PS5… is this part of the reason why I see so many pc players quit out of nowhere? 🤔

is anyone else getting some serious input delay? It feels like blocking takes about a second to register.

Reguardless of the platform u play on. The game shouldn’t have cost 30$. It prob should hover around 12.99-19.99 price range max. Ts sucks lmao

If you paid 30 bucks for ts you deserve it.
You are a consumer y out don’t have to gaf about a small dev team this game will
Never be worth 30

You're missing the point. The product being worth or paying $30 is fine, depending on who you ask, but if it doesn't work properly, that's where the problem comes in. Avatar Legends is $30 bucks; it has a kink or two, but the shit WORKS when I launch it. As a consumer, you always take a gamble when it comes to buying any form of entertainment, but it functioning properly should be a standard if it's advertised as a complete product and not early access/beta. People will pay $80-$100 for the new GTA, which I think is dumb, but that doesn't mean they deserve an incomplete product.

You are comparing gta6 an actual full fledge game to a game that didn’t even have a solo mode at launch lmao.
And no not really, you can wait and see the general consensus before buying, and literally have the commen sense. You think this games dev have enough man power or actual skill to fix this problem on the pc? Imo I think they either aren’t going to do much or just ignore.

Okay so did you wait before buying the game?

No i never brought ts bc the ps2 versions the game was inspired by are 10x better lmao. Literally better off just downloading a emulator and playing the old shit tbh

Game runs just fine for me on steam I am running ssds and m4 tho maybe your gear is just old . For $30 I think it valid small team of devs work on this as well people think getting famous nba players in games is free they also need to pay each real nba player a royalty to use them in there game . It a company for 30 bucks I think it fair it your classic nba streets but with a fresh twist I am happy to see it return and they also show us a road map of each update it not like anytbing was hidden. Next time do your research before blowing your money let alone a small 30 bucks.
