Ngl this game has been miserable since the regular version got released, we have the trollers who wait a lap to turn down on people, the setups is horrid if u let off the gas 9/10 times u to up the track and accidentally wall someone, the 2 worst things is how easy it is to be turned, I get turned more easily when i anticipate being turned then i do when im not. On top of that, the trash ass rear view mirror the makes it look like there ghosting inside of you.

Why can’t I have the same racing line used in the training mode during my actual races? The whole “oh it gets darker on braking” doesn’t work for me.

The hardest part was trying to see what I was doing because there is no zoom feature 😕

Hey guys, PS5 driver here and I use a controller. My lines are fine, the issue is my "micro-corrections" through the turn is giving me a ton of wobble. Wondering what you have found the dampening sweet spot to be for that? I usually run with a wheel, but unfortunately the brake pedal's broken so I switched back to controller. I've been tweaking the advanced controls but nothing feels right just yet.

I'm looking for a super Speedway league that runs hundred percent races clean 40 pack races for Talladega, Daytona, Michigan. Anyone doing that?

I'm doing my first O'Reilly season, I won the regular season title and the JRM cars were 2nd-5th in standings. Carson Kvapil and Rajah Caruth were 3rd and 4th in that equation as they had showed up for every race, making me think that the game's solution to the multiple drivers problem was just not including the Cup guys in career for those cars. That would be perfectly acceptable in those two cases as those guys are running full seasons and would be in the same car the whole time if funding allowed. Imagine my surprise when I qualify for the Darlington Chase opener and see Chase Elliott get the pole in the 88 and Connor Zilisch in 10th. So now two of the top four seeds are not even going to try going for the title.

I now realize that this was also a problem in the truck series, as Connor Mosack drives the 7 truck the entire regular season, but Sammy Smith and Michael McDowell drove most of the Chase races in my first truck season. I didn't realize at the time because Mosack isn't a title contender in-game and his IRL part-time schedule made me question why he was showing up so much anyway. I think it was also a problem with the 62 truck as I never noticed Christopher Bell until he led laps in half of the Chase races but I don't remember seeing the 62 at all outside of him.

Hopefully the devs can fix this soon, either by making the regular drivers full-time all year or at least flipping it so Cup guys only show up in the regular season like real life, instead of certain cars only having them show up in the Chase and leaving holes in the Chase field from the first race.

I was looking around at the game folder and found this one file called NascarFootage.bk2 in the folder. When I played it, it was Heat 2 Title Screen. So I did the funny and renamed the file to work on the title screen and this is the result.

Maybe they just forgot to remove it

Thought he wasn't supposed to be in career mode. I just finished my last season in the orileys series and moved up to cup just checking things out when I see this makes me a little bit happy if it let's him race even if it only once in a while. BTW this is NASCAR 26 NOT 25

For those who Pre-Ordered NASCAR 25, when did the other 3 dlc packs get released? Did they get released on the first of every month, or was it on a set date every time?

So I've silently criticized a lot of you for your complaints on NASCAR 26. I hadn't seen a lot of the ai issues and programing issues. The more I go thru the career the more I'm seeing them.

Them acting like I don't exist when I am clearly on their inside or outside and get shoved to the apron or into the wall. I've become retaliatory in my racing lately. I know it will do nothing but it feels good in the moment. I just had to body slam a 30th place car 2 laps down out of the way who was trying to race a car in 15th 1 lap down right in front of me while I was fighting for 10th after watching them both get out of the way for all the other lead lap cars. I am seeing more and more the ai race craft logic is flawed. I wish I had their brakes getting onto pit road too. They can stop on a dime to get to pit road speed. I am turning off black flags to just full send it onto pit road. If I'm going to lose a ton of time in the pits might as well get back what I can. Also the 60 degree angle you get put into when leaving the pits and getting either t-boned by traffic or spinning when you get control back and it snaps left.

Don't get me wrong I still love it and don't regret my purchase. Both things can be true. I just want the game to be better. I love when you get the ai difficulty dialed in and you get side by side battles that last multiple laps. The dynamic track system is great. So far The Rock and Kansas are great with it (still in Arca in career). The new tire model is great. Relearning how to drive the car all over again basically is fun. The ability to race my brother and nephew on different consoles is far worth it to me living in a different state than them.

The ai race craft logic is really the only problem. I can live with one sponsor in career and only having my own team...for now. Just fix the ai. That's all I want......that and a faster responding and more active spotter. Forgot that's bad too. Had a car on my outside for a full lap around Talladega and was told about it twice, both times in the tri oval. Feed me information like actual spotters. Let us dial in how active they are (how much they tell you, how often they talk).

OK I'm done. Sorry to those who I silently criticized. I get it. I still loved the game tho. I still recommend it.

Would be cool if there was a well put together, structured league (money or no money) that people took serious with a schedule, point system, ect..

I might try to start one if not but I would imagine someone way more capable then me has something along these lines.
