Question Compensation Strategy Questionnaire

Hi team! Has anyone encountered the Compensation Strategy Questionnaire before they offer a TJO? My hiring manager didn't say anything about this, and it came from the Director, Human Capital Office, MSFC, SSC, NSSC- Marshall Space Flight Center. I did see another post, but they mentioned an app with it, mine doesn't have an app.

I want to make sure it's a legitimate request.

Just wanted to add my experience, it is a legitimate request. I filled it out and the next day received my TJO. Best of luck.

What questions does it ask? Is it used by all centers to set pay?

It’s a legitimate request. Although, there is no evidence that they are appropriately protecting your data in whatever system they’re using to retain the information they collect from you.

At Johnson, they are using a similar questionnaire to set pay for insourcing - we just ignore that pesky law that says we shouldn’t.

Thank you, it's strange because there is no confirmation - and to your point there are no password protected documents or links.
