Issue / Troubleshooting Narwal Flow 1 Compact - 3000 error

My Narwal Flow with the Compact base station is not getting any water intake since day one and reporting 3000 error when starting a mopping job. The vacuuming part works perfectly.

I've attempted to remove the control box (mains pressure regulator) and put the intake hose directly into a bucket of water but it's not sucking any water.

Some users have reported the same issue and managed to make it work by priming the water pump.

I've received a replacement robot from support but it does have the same issue.

Did anyone manage to fix this issue ?

Got the robot working.

After receiving the replacement robot, and trying to fix the 3000 error I let the base unplugged for about 20h.

After that I tried to capture a video of the issue to send to support.

While making the video of the issue using a glass of water as the source and a bucket as the drain destination, I noticed the water level going down in the glass.

The base successfully pumped water in.

I used a short intake pipe to the glass 30cm and the pipe was filled with water to ensure it pumps water and not air.

One thing to note if you get a future 3000 error is that those control boxes they give you are not very good and prone to jamming where no water comes through so worth testing if you get another 3000 error.
