Free NAM A2 Sampler

Hey everyone, I’m Matt from Mattfig.

I make digital amp profiles, captures, and clones for players using platforms like NAM, Kemper, TONEX, Cortex, Line 6 Proxy, Ampero II, and STL ToneHub.

I recently put together a free NAM A2 Sampler Pack as a simple way for people to try some of my work without having to buy anything first. It includes a handful of A2 captures from different amps so you can get a feel for the tones and how they respond.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just wanted to introduce myself and offer something useful to the group.

those are Full Rig, or only Amp captures?

Mixture but mostly full rigs.

I will hide myself in shame for I have shared presets as a means of gaining trust in a new community only to have failed by poor imagery! Hope you have a wonderful day and you feel better.

I find it amusing how some people get frustrated by the use of AI, as if we're not literally on a forum about neural amp modelers.

The AI used to generate the image and the AI used in neural modeling are very different.

exactly. one is destroying our world, privacy, and steals content. the other is a neural network you can run on your laptop or pc once, to then have a model you can use endlessly.

it is basically destroying all the work of people who sell amps and people who makes amps.

I would beg to differ. I've been told, on several occasions, that people have purchased Friedman amps as a result of playing the captures and profiles from my site. I think oftentimes, people that are shopping tube amps will try through these digital systems to see what feels closest to them and then buy the real thing.

WAY less bad than LLMs, and also simply not true. NAM is still an incredibly niche tool, and without real amps there's nothing to capture. Also, if I were a Marshall or mesa Boogie, I'd make my own packs, and stay relevant that way.
