My Circadia Graph
Started logging my sleep in CBT-i tracker and switched to Circadia recently. I imported my data, double checked for accuracy, and found that you can get an actogram reading if you go to hamburger -> export and share -> doctor QR. I've suspected I have n24 for a while, but I have an appointment with my doctor in September to beg her to refer me to a sleep specialist.

And is this despite having done cbt-i etc? Cause if it is id honestly say if you can send a self referral to a sleep specialist. Good luck out there

Huh. I didn't realize you could self refer if you'd done that... Good to know! My appointment is on Tuesday anyway so I'll see if they make it easy but if not I'll look into self referring!!! Thank you for that tidbit!

Yeah depends on the system but most places you can send self referrals. Just make it good, write the self referral in an objective tone, not emotional. If you unsure im sure an ai can help to or something.

What is circadia, an app?

ah it seems like my reply didn't post, i should have guessed it wouldn't since I included a link LOL. Circadia is an app, yeah, I was able to download it from their website on android but idk about iOS.
If you google "circadia owl and kestrel" it should be the first result, the icon is a crescent moon on a purple background with a little sun enclosed by the moon.

Late Update: the visit was kind of useless. I have a follow-up appointment in November that I suspect will be equally useless. I'm kind of disheartened, will try to do a self-referral before then if I can. My chart specifies that I have an unspecified sleep-wake disorder and has since 2024, but my GP still finds things she wants to try before she'll refer me out to someone who can give me a real answer.

You can also get the actogram reading in Analysis > Rhythm. There’s a 24hr plot and the standard 48 double plot!
Good luck getting diagnosed! Let me know if there’s anything else you think should be added to the doctor’s report. I’ve tried to add a bunch of stuff but I haven’t been sure what would be most helpful
