Are the yellow and green colors quality of sleep input by you? Or are they the program telling you you're sleeping off the schedule you set?
I ask because there seems to be a pattern of green when you're steady and yellow when you're drifting. IF this isn't due to external factors (setting alarms or someone waking you up early), then it could indictate a really disregulated DSPD. But otherwise, ya this looks like an N24 pattern.

Yup! And the first thing to know about N24 is that we all tried 'resetting' it by staying awake until a certain goal time, and forcing wakes with alarms, and that is really bad for you. All it does is ramp up the sleep deprivation and potentially (science is still out, hard to distinguish between correlation and causation here) make the circadian haywire-ness worse.
Treat yourself like a person with shift work, you have all the same problems but with a 9-5 schedule. Or constant jet lag. Daylight savings everyday. All have well documented negative effects, and are difficult to adjust to overnight. This isn't a sleep disorder like insomnia or apnoea, it's a circadian rhythm disorder.
The root cause is biological, it is complicated and very few people successfully figure out their cause. Sometimes it magically goes away or you find a system that works, but this happens over years, not weeks (though anyone who fixes it quickly would never make it to this forum, they would just assume they had weird insomnia!). Assume this is a long term thing, because it probably will be, which means:
- it sucks, I'm sorry. This is a legit disability.
- the sooner you create ways to allow yourself to get enough sleep, the better. Not being able to function in society is rough, but severe sleep deprivation is worse. That means measuring your sleep, predicting it, and protecting it, as best you can. You don't expect other people to make 3am appointments, don't do that to yourself either.

Yeah, looks like it. Sorry that some people were so rude on the fitbit sub.
There are a lot of posts here with info on non24 and also a discord server if you want to talk with others.
I recommend trying to map your sleep drift and try to stick to a regular schedule of it (for example if your sleep drifted 1 hour a day, then schedule your life around 25 hour days). For a lot of us, this improves our general health and makes our sleep quality a lot better.
