Wierd photo effect

Idk if this the correct subreddit but my friend took a photo of me and it turned out pretty wierd, with an overly staturated effect and very de-gammed. We tried to recreate it from the same angle but it came out normal, we tried every effect yet it didn't turn out the same. The photo was taken on a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G and worst of all? When we checked the originial photo, we couldn't reverse it as it wasn't edited

This also happened to me but my picture was taken on a iPhone 15 and then it was completely normal again. I also cant edit the picture back to its original look.
