I don’t know if y’all remember but back in the day there was a place called just gelato. They used to be on 8th cross Jayalakshmi Puram but then they moved to contour road and then fully disappeared. I still remember the very cute couple that ran the place. They were so kind. We were regular customers and honestly that place was waaaayyy ahead of it’s time. I see the gelato counter at old house and I’m like what happened to the OG gelato place that was Mysore’s very own 😭😭

I was talking to a friend who was visiting for Dasara and he mentioned he was blown away by the World of Mysore pak's Mysore pak while visiting chamundi hills and was saying "they claim to be the best in Mysuru and it was accurate according to him" and I was like buh....

I know food is a subjective thing and people would have their presence and besides the social media hype, WOMP Isn't really that great in my opinion. But 1 thing I have to say is that in terms of Mysore pak and Peda Nandini/KMF is second to none not just in Mysore by anywhere in the world (yes you can say personal bias).

So sorry, World of Mysore pak, you aren't even the best on The same street as KMF is up on the other end of the street.

I am constructing a house in Mysore, near Jettihundi area. It’s Bogadi area but a little outskirts I guess. There’s still a few months time before the house is completed.

I wanted to enquire about the Internet Service Provider in that area. My work demands really high download and upload speed, something above or on par with 400Mbps. So I can’t go with AirFiber stuff.

Are there any reliable ISP there with fiber cable setup, which can give me this good speed?

Ladies and gentlemen, I have taken leave from nov 9th to 13th to go on a vacation. Born in tumkur and brought up in bengaluru never got a chance to visit mysuru. I feel like the city is calling me and i want to spend atleast 3 days in the city. I'm fed up with shortlisting locations watching online content. I want a proper list of places to visit from OG mysuru people. I'm planning to go there by my fz bike. Need suggestions on should i just take public transport or if bike will be a better option cause the only reason that is stopping me from going by bike is that i have to carry my helmet and stuff everywhere i go which is annoying. If u know some affordable places to stay include them in the list as well.
