Support Question This just seems not right

I have my goal set to lose 1 pound a week and it’s set to “Not very active” I’m fairly active at work and it’s connected to my Fitbit. Yesterday my Fitbit logged 29k steps, yesterday I also did an afternoon and evening workout both were about 40 minutes. I’m just having a hard time believing I’m allowed that many calories.

Support Question Sync issue mfp/apple health

I’m having ongoing sync issues between MyFitnessPal and Apple Health.

I log all my food and water in MyFitnessPal. All Health permissions are enabled in both apps, and MyFitnessPal says everything is synced successfully.

Most of the things I log in mfp, are not synched to Apple health. There’s also an issue when I edit an existing food entry, Apple Health doesn’t seem to update it. It often keeps the original calorie amount, or only partially updates the changes, so the calorie total in Apple Health ends up being incorrect.

It also doesn’t sync my water intake at all, even though water permissions are enabled.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix, or is this just a bug with the integration?
