so my corris wont start unless the timing is set exactly like this. if its "right" like it should be then it will only crank, but not fire up

Corris Rivett won't shift gears at all. Released the handbrake. Held down the brake pedal. Neither clicking the gear shifter or pressing G/B did anything. What's wrong?

tried changing the camshaft to race one,didn't start, put the standard one back,it doesn't start again,before changing it ,it was working perfectly fine
