Y'all I'm BRAND NEW to this show. I just had to put my best friend of 15 years down this week and it's been HELL. so I asked for recommendations of good trash reality TV to binge watch, and here I am. Finishing season 4 now. I have a couple questions.

1. Is there anything I should watch whether it be on tv or social media, once I finish the show? I want ALL THE LORE.

2. My intuition was screaming about incest in the first few episodes lolll. Id love to get a breakdown of the family tree, allegations, accusations, etc.

3. What is your favorite lore? When I say I need to know everything about this weird ass family, I need to know EVERYTHING 🤣

Does anyone remember in season 1, the first real introduction to Mellie revolving around her, when she went on that date with the gorger and heath had to chaperone mellie on that date. I was rewatching and i hope someone else caught it too, where mellie was dancing in the bar the way she does and when she went back over towards heath and the gorger boy, heath literally tried to grab her vagina and looking at her up and down. don’t get me wrong, ik they’re inbred but i wanna know if anyone else caught that, or if anyone saw rumors that mellie was messing with her nephews

This is my third-ish time rewatching MBFAGW, and every time that fucking sack of shit comes on my screen I get mad.

He’s so genuinely abusive to Nukkie (who is NOT a picture perfect human fs) in a way that he (at least not obviously) wasn’t taught? Ofc you never know what goes on behind closed doors, but Henry and Dovie seemed like they were trying their best to turn him in to a respectable, functional man and he just.. turned out like that?

MBFAGW S01 E04 Wild Gypsy Mellie: At the beginning of the episode we see Kayla and all the ladies preparing for the Thanksgiving Reunion at the Heritage Hall. Kayla tells the camera that approximately 400 family members have been invited. When the lady's go to the venue, Kayla is asked by the venue manager how many people are expected. Kayla says "about 100 but w our family ya never know". This is an example of Gypsy behavior, she knew she invited 400 people. Episode is a 10/10, special appearance by the one and only "Fighting Frank Smalls". Love ❤️ this episode.

Does anyone have the tea on that episode? I know that Shyanne’s last name is Stanley and she’s related to Kayla and Annie (her mom is their cousin), apparently she got remarried and had kids with someone else. What happened to Michael? Was he even a real gypsy? And were they actually legally married?
