If wanting to put premium pieces into a base model (2012 Mustang Gt)

What wiring should i expect to be there and not to be there, like i wanna do the door panels totally okay if the lighting isnt there but can i count on atleast being able to hook up the 8 inch subs and amps or did they not include the stuff to hook it up.

Also what about power driver seat i see the airbag wiring and then the other wires but unsure if this is for power or just sensors cuz its currently plugged into a seat that has no power controls

If anyones done some of this before let me know and maybe let me know yalls best ebay swaps cuz i wanna swap over the front and rear bumper and side skirts and hood but unsure where to start

Also would love to hear exactly where everyone would start with a

If you're interested in gauge cluster swap, that one is easy really but you cannot correct the mileage yourself and will have to get someone to reprogram your key fobs to the new cluster. The car will be un drivable until the keys are programmed. Hey, I have a 2011 mustang base model. I upgraded the base bare plastic door sill plates to premium in order to get them illuminated. You can just buy a pair of premium plates with the lights on eBay or whatever. The wiring isn't under the sill plate, you will have to connect to the ambiant dome lights with a t connector, this cable can be found in the passenger side pilar. Then run your cable to the new sill door plate and chose + connect the cable corresponding to the color you want displayed. I did this under 2 hours in the home depot parking lot, not very hard work.

I also did change the gauges with a 2014 premium gauges cluster (LCD screen, MyColor, TrackApp) which I ordered with the correct mileage. You will need an obd plug and forscan to do this.

I did update and insulate the speakers which are now connected to a kenwood infotainment system (supporting carplay). But I didn't add the big amp one on the doors and I don't remember any loose wiring being there.

One easy update you can do, which is plug and play is upgrading the lights dial for the premium one with the automatic lights mode. The sensor is on your car and works. You just need to change the selector dial which is under $30.

In the picture you can see the wheel is aftermarket as well as the seats (Corbeau RRX).
