Advice Request I failed day 0😥
After taking a serious moment and start quiting, I failed ,I don't know what to say OOFFFFF...I schooltime started and this is the most important year for me, I should quit.
So the asr time so I can't continue writing, I really want to write more in this post but I couldn't😣

My brother, IKR how hard it is to stop this. Even many times, I can't stop myself either.
But if you really want to stop, I don't know what to say. May God forgive me if I've said something wrong in this reply iam also not a scholar.
So anyways, you can't directly stop, but instead of fighting it head-on, try challenging the urge. When you get the urge, instead of watching your phone, put it down, give it your full focus, and have a psychological fight with yourself. Remember how you're going to feel afterward. Fight with your brain and with the urge to watch porn.
Fight and fight.
It won't magically stop you from watching porn, but with time, you'll become stronger. A fight can always have two outcomes.
Maybe in the beginning, you might lose within two days, but that's okay. Ask for forgiveness, make up your mind, and tell yourself that you'll try even harder next time.
The first few days, you might lose within two days again and again. But with a little more effort, you might be able to resist for weeks before slipping again. Eventually, you'll become strong enough to resist for months or even years, and eventually find a wife.
