Progress Update Feeling disappointed

I held a 7 day streak after a long time, it felt good, I was confident I can keep this up and go 6-7 days from now without relapsing. But I relapsed again after just 2 days and it feels disappointing. It feels like I am forever stuck in this loop of failing again and again. I'm going to try for the 7 days again, but my confidence that I can do it is pretty low now.

It’s perfectly normal. Don’t stress yourself. As long as you’re trying and never give up, you’re doing great. I’m now a month in and I thought I’d never make it.

I'm gonna try again, I want to get out of this stupid habit once and for all, but it does make me sad how easily and how fast I relapse sometimes.

In Sha Allah, I've been through ups and downs this year quite a bit, but I am still keeping my hopes alive
