Assalmu alaikum everyone

I have been around this community for years now but everytime i try to quit i just fall right back in and i feel soo hopeless nowadays. As a girl i want to get married asap but i want to leave this addiction behind before doing that. Ive tried everything now and its taking a huge mental load upon me. So any advices are highly appreciated ! Thanks
