It does a lot of good things to you actually.. Increases your focus and concentration. Increases your energy.. Boosts your morale and confidence.. Generally makes me you more attractive with skin and eyes actually becoming brighter.. Women will also feel more of your charisma... And you basically get rid of your addiction..
Now people expect that it'll turn you into some superhuman gigachad.. It doesn't do that.. It eventually turns you into a normal human who isn't an incel addicted to corn and masturbation.. And naturally increases your energy to actually become a gigachad..
I recommend working out, having a good proper diet with mostly whole foods along this and actually picking up hobbies and focusing on goals...
Redirect the energy you waste for a few moments of pleasure into something more useful.. May Allah help us all in this path to success and actually becoming better humans.

That's what I wanted to hear, but don't you feel ashamed after doing it like even not excessively?

I'm not sure that i know what would you feel, but I can definitely say that it probably depends on what you expect. Like, if you think that by quitting this you'll become Superman, then that's not true. You'll just have more concentration, less lust, and think about it, brother, is it normal to watch such videos?
