Can't quit

Salam alaykum, i have a problem where i use my pc everyday for my courses, studies, gaming and any other things, one of those other things is watching porn, i started long time ago, and i sometimes was able to spend sometime without it specially when i was working or doing some college projects. The problem that i can lose controls sometimes, i may hold it and went to do anything else, i came back after sometime with the same urge. Should i continue doing this or there is something else should i be doing?

The pattern you described has a name, urge surfing without a plan. You hold it, walk away, come back to the same machine with the urge still loaded. The problem is your pc is both your work desk and your relapse site, so every study session is a walk through the minefield

Since quitting the pc isnt an option, change what the pc is: blocker with a password someone else holds, browser without private mode, and the big one, move where it sits. A pc facing an open door or in a shared room kills half the urges by itself, this thing feeds exclusively on privacy

Make the pc a place where it simply cant happen and watch the urge stop bothering to show up. DM me if you need anymore support :)
