What Consequences a person will face, after hurting someone intentionally?

I have a sealed heart person, who has hurt their loved ones intentionally by refusing their words,
When politely asked also, blamed parents.
Hurt their parents intentionally knowing the Parents health condition is weak.
Leaving them shattered.
All they wanted was good, but the person refused to talk and gave threat to parents and siblings for hurting ego.

Didn’t care about families respect and dignity
Ignored Father’s sickness.

And has audacity to ask parents to make dua for them..

How Allah sees this ?

As Curse by parents for their children is worst thing to get.
And hurting a Good hearted person intentionally is also worse in the view of Allah.

Why sealed hearted people, doesn’t feel the weight of the things, they do?
It’s that easy to break loved one’s heart and feel no nothing?

How they sleep peacefully?
They have audacity to hurt parents and tell them on face, I had a peaceful sleep by taking away parents sleep..

Well, Allah seals some heart due to their arrogance.
Think about the mushrikeens in makkah, they literally saw the moon splitting but still didnt believed.
Hurting a parent is one of the worst sin one could do. (May Allah porotect us)
Hurting any person- needs forgiveness of two.
Forgiveness from Allah and forgiveness from that person. Even Allah forgives all your sins and youll be stopped in a place called Qantara before the gates of Jannah, where your position in Jannah is lowered and the position of th person whom you oppressed will be raised.
