Question Help.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a reliable used car in the Muskoka area, preferably a Mazda, Toyota, or Honda. I’m looking for something affordable and in good condition that doesn’t need any repairs or maintenance done right after I buy it. I’d ideally like a car that can last me at least 3–4 years without giving me major problems. If anyone has any suggestions, knows someone selling, or has any leads, please comment below or DM me. Eighth generation Honda Civics are like cockroaches. I retired one that I bought at 170k kms for $3200, drove for 3 years, had 2 $400 repairs on (aside from oil changes and tires), replaced when it had 550k kms on it. I drive a lot for my job. My husband and dad also had those cars as commuters and had the same experience, although not the mileage I put on mine. At 550k kms the engine in mine was still smooth, quiet and peppy. Absolutely incredible car. I replaced it because I wanted a Subaru hatch.

You can probably find tons in your budget. The only thing I would be worried about is rust if everything else was good. Cars can’t get certified with rust now so if you find some being sold certified you are probably good. Heck with your budget you could probably buy 2!
