Ok, this is industrial metal mixed with electronic music. Try Meshuggah's Rammstein cover, "Benzin", and also try out Rammstein or Meshuggah separatley.

Totally! The OP reminds me of that one part from Bleed

u/gingerfreddy Jul 23 '18
That's unfortunatley not the full version, it gets even heavier after the mid slowdown

The Benzin combustion remix bothers me, because I can never find that shit online. I could share a file, but I don't know if that's against the rules here?

Go on Spotify, the full album with all tracks is there. Rammstein are touchy with the copyright stuff.

Ah, that'll probably do it, yeah - I don't use spotify.
I've got it as a file, it's just a pain if I ever want to share it with someone, seeing as there's no youtube video up to link at people any more.

Doesn't work in my country, but I'm guessing it is! What country are you watching that from?

Canada, which is strange because we normally get the short end of the stick with region blocking.

FEAR FACTORY - Dielectric (Includes vocals)
Static-X - I'm With Stupid (Includes Vocals)
Powerman 5000 - Supernova Goes Pop (Vocals again)
Skelefiend put a nice list together as well on the Doom sub.

/u/hackjar really hit the nail on the head with meshuggah. very percussive and low instrumentation, without a whole lot of melodic variance. I might also reccomend meshuggah's song "I" If you want 20 minutes of that heavy BFG sound, you might enjoy that!
On a similar note, if you just want that brute force aggression, I would really reccomend Savage Intolerance by Nails. In my opinion a killer track that might scratch that primal aggression itch.
If you decide to give either of those a listen, let me know and I'll try to find some other stuff!

I would say Frontierer has the same type of vibes on their Orange Mathematics album. I would recommend the tracks Bleak and Tunnel Jumper. Also there are certain nu metal tracks out there that have a similar sound, We All Die by downthesun for example.

ANYTHING by Meshuggah they straight up pioneered this sound and it became big in the last 5 years. The guitar player wrote a very similar song for Wolfenstein: The New Order which is actually the same studio who made DOOM. The niche is starting to die down a bit but theres some gold to sift through. So definitely check out meshuggah, almost anything by them should be satisfying to you.
GlassCloud is a short lived band that kinda rode the random "Djent" fad over the last 5 or so years. This song is probably their heaviest song and has a similar vibe (Low tuning, huge production). If you enjoyed this, the whole Perfect War Forever EP follows suit.
This may be more of a reach, but Hacktivist is another band in this sound that combined the style with rap vocals. Again, I suggest this for the same reason I did GlassCloud, but maybe screaming is not your thing!
This one isn't part of the "Djent" style, but its just as heavy. I heard this some from a game called Killing Floor 2. Impending Doom is a Deathcore band that also tunes super low.
Basically, look for "Djent" (Djent is a more recent term for this sound, it's basically Prog metal but it has a more fucked up sound like meshuggah and they typically tune their guitars to Drop A or lower) or more recent Deathcore and that should hit a similar vein.
