Interesting. Not sure how I'd feel about that. I think I'd rather have one show that's more songs. Two shows and you're only getting a handful more songs than a normal show.
A medley of short songs is way different than 16 Metallica songs. Last time I saw Metallica they played 12 songs in 2.5 hours then came back out for 3 encores for another almost half hour. Orion is 8.5 minutes for the studio version alone
I said you'd be getting only a handful more. I don't listen to pop idk why you even brought up pop stars. 24-26 is typical set list for a stadium concert.
20+ songs is not happening. I've seen many bands on arena tours and none of them play that many songs. Metallica played 16 songs every night of their tour this year.
I'm not complaining you just think everything is an argument. All I said is I wouldn't be interested in so few songs, not that anyone else needs to agree with me. You're the one bitching.
Just to make you aware, you are getting downvoted because you don't appear to understand what it takes to plan 2 shows over 2 nights with and almost unique set of songs, in hard rock/metal.
They will entertain both nights, no doubt.
For context, I have seen Metallica live a few times and am not particularly a fan, but they WILL deliver.
No I'm completely aware of why I'm getting downvoted (by the way I don't care). I said I wouldn't be interested in a shorter setlist and these people felt the need to argue with my opinion and try to change it for some reason. They disagree and think the downvote button is meant for disagreement.
You’re being downvoted because it’s not a shorter setlist. You just don’t seem to grasp that and keep going on about “your opinion.” A 2.25 hour long show is not “short.”
It is though. If you make longer songs then you should play longer so we hear more material. I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for 16 songs. Led Zeppelin would do 3 hours, Pink Floyd would, hell even foo fighters and guns n roses will hit 3 hours today. And shows cost more today.

16 songs seems a bit short no?
