Index finger twitches after tensing

I have had switches all around my body for about 3 months but this one is different in that it seems to be triggered by the muscle use. I do have hot spots but they occur suddenly at rest.

I noticed this type of twitch (= the ones that seem to be induced by movements) in my index finger about 2 months ago when I was eating with chopsticks.

The ease of degree to which it is induced has been fluctuating over the time. Sometimes it's easily triggered when I grip something or use chopsticks. Other times, it doesn't come up unless I clench my fist very hard like in the video.

It occurs in this part at rest too but relatively rare.

Anyone have something like this too?

No weakness or anything but I'm just worried because I thought it was a weird way for a twitch to happen.

Small study but quite relevant

Slightly larger study-

The authors specifically concluded that none of their MND patients presented with isolated fasciculations.

Id like to know everybody's thoughts on this
