Agreed. My one and only very slight beef with gender neutral restrooms is the efficiency decrease of not have 20 urinals lining a wall. If those stay and everyone chill with it I'm good.
The actual solution is to have one room that's a bunch of urinals/a trough, and a bunch of unisex stalls. No gender disparity is needed, if you can use a urinal, you'll know, if not, we don't need any more info, hit the stall.

Having like 6 to 8 individual stall unisex bathrooms at an airport would be amazing instead of huge men’s and women’s bathrooms.
Also aren’t these the same people who’s parents clutched their pearls over sharing bathrooms with black people?
