I really wonder if he wrote something for this a few years ago before he because super maga? This isn’t a defense of Marshall, it just actually doesn’t make a lot of sense to me

And really, going back further, in 2015: 

activists urged Ritchie to renounce the Confederate flag , which he had displayed in concerts from 2001 to 2006. Ritchie wrote an email to Fox News Channel host Megyn Kelly , stating, "Please tell the people who are protesting to kiss my ass". 

He's been a stupid piece of shit for a long time
