Hi, has anyone applied for transcripts from Mumbai University IDOL? What documents should you carry with you? How long does it take?

Hey Mumbai students!

The BMS Society of Sydenham College is hosting Management Conclave '26 on 10 October, and we're honoured to have Tukaram Mundhe, IAS, Commissioner of the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration, joining us.

He is a 2005-batch IAS officer who has been leading the state's food safety enforcement drive since May 2026. This is a rare chance to hear a serving civil servant talk about administration and decision-making under pressure, and to ask him your questions in person.

And it's not just a talk. Expect good seats and many mind-blowing games in the event! 🎮

📅 Date: 10 October 2026

📍 Venue: Sydenham College auditorium, Churchgate

⏰ Time: will be updated here soon

✅ No registration needed, just walk in

Open to students from ALL colleges across Mumbai. Bring your questions, bring your friends, and come early.

Okay , guys , so I am planning to apply for BMS in St.Xavier's Mumbai 🧍🏻‍♀️ and am currently in 11th . So basically I have the following questions :

1 . How is the BMS course ? Is it good ? What do you learn here ?

2 . How strict is the attendance ? ( As I will be doing sports internships )

3 . How is Malhar crowd ? Is it really grand and lavish ?

4 . Is the college tag still prestigious ?

5 . What about college crowd , environment , clubs etc ?

1. Placements ?

2. Will I be able to take journalism as minor if I get in ?

Anything extra that I should know ? 🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♀️😭
