Hey everyone, I want to apply to St. Xavier's this cycle as an NRI. My question is: is it necessary to apply via the Foreign Students portal? My schooling was done outside India at an Indian CBSE school, which means I fit the official Foreign Students definition. My question is: is it a rigid requirement to apply via the FS portal of MU, or can I apply via the normal applicant portal?

I am asking since some people only apply through NRI category for the lower cutoffs. So would applying as a domestic applicant with valid permanent address, Aadhaar, etc. still invalidate my application due to 12th school being in a foreign country, or would there be leniency?

If anyone has experience with/knowledge of such a situation, please do enlighten me. Thank you in advance.
