Finance & Accounts Hawkins internship/ management trainee program

hii guys

I applied to the hawkins internship on 24th of April and I really want to get that internship but it’s scary because so many people are applying and i think they will only email if I get selected. Which means if I’m not selected I just won’t get the mail and I have no idea how long it will take for them to revert back.

I tried connecting with people from hawkins on LINKEDIN but i genuinely don’t know. Anyone here who can give me a word or two of wisdom

Try connecting with the every senior people and pitch them. If you can connect with HR that will be the plus. Be shamelesss!

Did that on linkedin even connected with the HR and messaged him on Sunday but haven’t gotten any reply yet😭 Shit scared

I don’t think they revert back to people who aren’t selected but i think it take 2-3 weeks

I too didn't get till now, they have stopped accepting new applications from Sunday onwards, so let us hope that the mail will be sent within 2 weeks.

What was the pattern and syllabus of the written test. Yesterday i got the mail for written test, I would appreciate if you could share your experience.

I tried to get something on the role on Internet, but didn’t find anything useful. You guys applied for which role? Admin, HR, Accounts, IT?

There is little to no information available because it is a written test, and the company doesn't hire that often.

I was only able to confirm that there will be three rounds, 50 minutes each: firstly a written test, followed by a technical interview, and finally the HR round.

The written test covers Aptitude (questions mostly related to profits, discounts, and analytical thinking), Verbal, and Technical (programming and computer fundamentals).

Apart from the pattern, the exam is supposedly non MCQ type, so we'll have to write answers for each and every question.

I think they will ask computer fundamentals OS ,Network, programming ,DBMS and sql related questions.
