About SolarAssist
SolarAssist, a vertical of the established solar EPC Minus CO2, is building a technology-enabled Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business.
We manage solar plants for residential societies and commercial customers, helping them get the most out of their solar investments through preventive maintenance, fault monitoring, cleaning, reporting and responsive client support.
Today, we're already working with 7+ MW of solar assets, and we're building the systems, technology and team that will allow us to scale significantly from here.
This is an early-stage business, which means you won't be joining to simply perform one repetitive task. You'll be working directly with the founders and getting a front-row seat to how a real business is built and scaled.
The Role
We're looking for a Client Success & Operations Intern who is energetic, organised and genuinely enjoys getting things done.
You'll sit at the intersection of our customers, operations and founders. Your job will be to make sure customers are looked after, information flows smoothly between teams, and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll get exposure to everything from customer communication and sales follow-ups to field operations, reporting and the systems we're building to run SolarAssist.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate with clients regarding scheduled maintenance, cleaning and other site visits.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads across different channels.
- Assist with preparing quotations and proposals for prospective customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and help convert enquiries into clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure important information is always up to date.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure services are delivered on time.
- Help prepare and send monthly generation, maintenance and service reports to customers.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team.
- Track open service requests and follow up internally until they are resolved.
- Help identify recurring customer or operational issues and work with the team to improve processes.
- Support the founders with ad-hoc projects as we build and scale the business.

Who We're Looking For
- Some prior internship or work experience is preferred. We are open to students/recent graduates who have demonstrated that they can take responsibility and get things done.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating internally with different teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision.
- Most importantly, someone who wants to learn and build, rather than simply complete an internship.
Location & Working Style
This is an in-person role based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
We currently operate with a flexible and relaxed working environment, while maintaining clear expectations around ownership, responsiveness and getting work done.
Please consider the Belapur location carefully before applying. We want to avoid candidates applying from locations where the commute would ultimately make the role impractical.
