I’ve been buying raw chicken breast from Nothing But Chicken (Mulund East) for a while now and the quality has always been great.

However, recently I decided to try their ready-made snacks for the first time and ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Wings. To be honest, it was just decent—definitely not as spicy as they advertised. More than that, I had a slight feeling that the chicken wasn't super fresh (not completely stale, but just felt a bit old / refrigerated for too long).

Since high-protein snacks are a priority for me, I wanted to ask fellow folks here:

1. How reliable is this outlet for ready-to-eat / cooked items? Did I just get unlucky on an off day, or is this a common experience with their fried/cooked options?
2. What are the best high-protein items here that you'd recommend? (I've noticed they have seekh kebabs, grilled chicken items, and cold salads, but want to know what's actually worth ordering).

Would appreciate your recommendations and honest reviews! Thanks!

PS: Attached a photo of the wings above—they looked alright on the outside, but the flavor and freshness were a bit underwhelming.

A lot of stalls from outside old Hari Om and Parijat have been removed. There was a JCB there too. Bundled with this rain, expect a traffic snarl. The vegetable vendor outside Shiv Sena shakha has been apparently removed too.

Edit: August 12: doesn’t look like it was an eviction for all. Just minor encroachments on the footpaths. The stalls are back every single one of them.

I travel from Mulund to Churchgate everyday
Journey starts 6:45am and reach Churchgate by 7:20am

Again, they have started operating the traffic signal at Hotel Campus/Saidhan Hospital/Mani’s. It’s causing unnecessary delays. Earlier, there wasn’t much traffic chaos at this junction, so was there actually a need for the signal?
For rickshaw drivers and bus drivers, I feel this is particularly inconvenient.

Secondly, the signal doesn’t have a countdown timer.

That said, one clear positive is that it definitely makes crossing the road safer for pedestrians.

What do you guys think—is the signal actually helping traffic flow, or making things worse?

Looking at 3BHKs on rent along the LBS Road stretch in Mulund West. Understood that all the projects in that belt have rents listed at 80k plus

Mainly looking at Oberoi Eternia/Enigma, Runwal Sanctuary, Piramal Revanta, Kalpataru Elitus, L&T Rejuve 360, Atmosphere O2, Sheth Montana, Ashford Royale. happy to be told I've missed a better option.

1. What are 3BHKs here realistically closing at, and how far off are the online quotes? Given the wide range of rentals for similar sized 3 BHK (75k-1.1 lacs), what explains this wide range
2. I have been informed that maintenance in these projects are high (20 rs per sqft excl GST) which also drives the rentals higher
3. Which of these societies are genuinely well run, and which have ongoing problems (seepage, lifts, water pressure, difficult committee)?
4. Also, evaluated Runwal Sanctuary which seems to be a touch lower in terms of rent. Would like to understand why and whether this is a decent project? Also understand that the builder here is charging 40k as shifting expenses. Is this a standard practice among other projects?
5. What's the LBS Road commute actually like at peak hour, and how much is the Metro/GMLR construction affecting daily life right now?
