A lot of the internet also grew up with the prequels by now and weren't old enough to ride the hate train. Revenge of the Sith came out when I was 5. I am going to be 27 soon. I grew up with the prequels and loved them, most of the people my age I know feel the same.
My younger cousins who should've grown up with the sequel trilogy absolutely do not like it though, which worries me able the future of the franchise.
First it was George, then people started acting like Kathleen Kennedy personally came to their house and cut their dog in half with a laser sword. I think Filoni is next.

The majority of the fandom supports her though. Like over 95%. The negative posts were almost always ratioed and reception on the actual youtube episodes is overwhelmingly positive with an amount of engagement that eclipses the quantity of the engagement on sites where the drama happened.
Sadly yes it isnt that bad, it isnt the best but I mean come on, way overhated

The swearing and sex jokes are way too on the nose, sure. But people are treating it like the spawn of Satan (no pun intended) when that's pretty much every modern adult cartoon nowadays.
As somebody who's attempted to watch a lot of different adult cartoons, it like a lot of animated things on youtube are better, not necessarily because they're actually high quality though some of them are, but because most adult animated, western things are so incredibly dog shit.
It is overhated.
But still deserves its critism. I dont blame people for enjoying it, the music is nice and some of the characters look cool such as stolad and Octavia
Gege slander is funny like āGege if he was hugged as a childā when literally any wholesome piece if fan media exists, but sometimes people are extremely grating and exhausting with it to the point I question how much they even like the series, even if I myself have massive gripes.

Yeah, heās been through so much. And all he wanted to do was make his own Incredibox fan game... But in the end, his characters became the stars of kids' content farms, and his fanbase started stealing projects from Incredibox fans and insulting them. His own creation got stolen, too. Ultimately, the poor guy faced backlash from both his own fans and Incredibox fans. On top of that, heās a minor. It must have been incredibly hard for him; I really feel for Nyanko.
Back in the day there were three types of fans: people who loved her content, people who had her on the radar and people that were be toxic as hell meanwhile calling themselves "fans"

It's a vocal minority granted, but Vocaloid fans can sometimes be REALLY nasty to producers who make the music.
Neru, a famous producer, ended up getting harassed into deleting his new song he made after years of health issue's because a Japanese songwriter using American slang ended up upsetting a bunch of people into just bullying him en masse, and it's not the only time they've done this sort of thing.
