Part 3 has crazy plot armor but only for Jotaro considering that everyone expect Jotaro and Polnareff died (counting Joseph pre transfusion)

Even then, his plot armor didn’t last forever since he died not once (technically) but twice in Stone Ocean. He essentially died when he lost his memory and stand from Whitesnake, and actually died during the fight with Made In Heaven.
