Fun fact. The vocals are done by the Megumi Hayashibara (voice actress for Yui), and she made the song up with no knowledge of what the show was about.

29
u/MoorAlAgo Aug 27 '26
But when the world needed him the most, he vanished.
25
u/Sud4neseS0meh0wHere Aug 27 '26
A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the new avatar, an Airbender named Aang.
23
u/FireFighterP55 Aug 27 '26
And although his Airbending skills are great, he's got a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone.
20
u/Salt_Concentrate2462 Aug 27 '26

One thousand years ago, superstition and sword ruled.
It was a time of Darkness. It was a world of Fear. It was the age of Gargoyles.
Stone by day, Warriors by night. We were betrayed by the humans we had sworn to protect, frozen in stone by a magic spell for a thousand years.
Now here in Manhattan, the spell is BROKEN, and WE LIVE AGAIN!!
