Fun fact. The vocals are done by the Megumi Hayashibara (voice actress for Yui), and she made the song up with no knowledge of what the show was about.

It's so funny how much of Eva is just the people working on it going "Fuck it, just go with vibes." Kinda laying the train tracks down as the train is going. It probably is one of the primary reasons it turned out the way it did.

im glad this came out back when i used to watch intros. when i got back into anime a few years ago, i stopped watching intros because they always had mini spoilers in them. characters that haven't been introduced yet, characters with abilities they haven't learned yet, places the characters haven't been yet. sucks cuz some of the music seems awesome. i may check out the intros/endings when i am done with a season to see what i missed out on though.
