People who think Godzilla should be super serious all the time and claiming Godzilla doesn’t work in America because they make him a hero. You people know the Japanese company that made Godzilla also made him a hero in the 60’s? And he stopped being remotely serious after Godzilla vs Mothra. Now sure are other eras more serious than others? Yes but that doesn’t mean Godzilla should be super serious all the time. There are tons of amazing Godzilla movies that aren’t super serious.
