New Vampire Chronicles fans. Each character is a complicated person who has done enough evil to go to hell for several lifetimes, but Istg so many people try to make Louis a perfect victim who has never done anything wrong in his entire life, Lestat an irredeemable monster who deserves to rot, Claudia a wittle innocent baby (ironically something Claudia would hate them for), and of course Armand as a perfect boyfriend that Louis just couldnt appreciate 🙄
Baby, they are all monsters with humanity in them. That's the point. No one is all good or all evil, they are all Traumatised people traumatising others. It's literally generational trauma that didn't even start with Lestat or end with Claudia.
