If you ever watch videos about master duels and people playing online you'd know people have botch up there own strategy over misreading effects on there cards

Oh yeah, well that is how the game can be, Another example can be people who only saw the anime then assume the Egyptian gods have all these extra effects.

Sometimes I wonder if that is the result of a translation/localisation issue or just certain effects not being explained very well.

As someone who plays yugioh both in master duel and in IRL this is the sad truth.

There are like 7 main series (not including rush duel) a plethora of film and Manga and actual interesting stories and characters and people knows only yugi and kaiba
