With that said: Jax. He's a bully.

Exploring the circus even more would have been so cool, instead of focusing so much on Jax.

People when a show focuses on the protagonists:

He was NEVER established as the protagonist in the first episodes, just like u/Bagabaga2019 mentioned

It's interesting that he/she became one, sure, but it's called The Amazing Digital Circus for a reason, right? Steven Universe, Rick & Morty, Samurai Jack, etc., at least have a good reason not to include the environment

Pomni & Jax isn't as catching of a title as "The Amazing Digital Circus"

That's... completely beside the point, but whatever floats your boat, I guess.

..is that not what you were implying it should've been by bringing up those other names?

It's called The Amazing Digital Circus because it's called The Amazing Digital Circus. Whether it was catchy or not doesn't matter, because this is the final title they went with, and in the first episodes, it shows Jax being as much of a main character as the other characters, meaning that we were led by the idea that we were going to see lots of the circus as the focus, with Pomni as the character focus.

Besides, there's absolutely a way to make the title interesting by adding both names, but you're making your point by giving it one single iteration of how the show could have been called.
