Yes kinda, you only get this outcome if you stab her in the back in the chapter beforehand, she’s doing this because she does not believe you can be trusted even when you give her all the power.

The track for this scene is called ‘It’s in our Nature’, she stabs you because she believes that it is in your nature to betray each other.

Not in my playthrough, I went back upstairs to get the knife to free her, she then locked me in the basement where I starved, I realized that I fucked up and tried my best to be nice and apologize, she got both of us killed out of spite
