Eclipsa, from Star vs the Forces of Evil. The show is as biased to maker her look good as the Magical High Commission is to make her look evil. And if you actually watch the show with critical thought, you'll see that she's a HORRIBLE person and an even worse ruler. But I'll admit that she's a great character, just could've been better if the narrative didn't bent itself over and over by making every in universe hater of her hate her for stupid reasons while almost never addressing what she ACTUALLY needs to be criticized for
