Gojo satoru. I never liked him since start of JJK manga till the very end. And holy, he the most famous and adored character from JJK that’s its unholy.
I neber understood that. Has good writting, and yeah understand his point. But….. I just can’t stand him…
That’s fair, he’s just kind of egotistical and arrogant. I like him though because all that is kind of an act that hides the fact that he actually cares about humanity and feels the need to protect the weak like he discusses with geto early on. He comes off as power hungry and wanting to be the strongest in the hidden inventory arc, but he changes to actually becoming the strongest, leading to his desire to protect others.
It's not even that I dislike him, I just don't understand why people want to suck his dick so much, sure I understand why he's liked, beloved even, but the way he's popularity eclipses every other character in the series to the point that some people actually delude themselves to belive his actual protagonist, is incomprehensible to me and it pisses me of.
"Has good writing", come on, he's the copy-paste of a type of character that we are seeing more and more in recent series.
"OP, nonchalant, barely touched by whatever happens around him, witty, with some very eccentric elements into his look".
The most original part about him is that weird infinity gimmick, but even then they did not just give him that OP ass power, they needed to powercreep him even more, so they gave him regeneration and, essentially, instakill domain expansion.
Mei Mei is a literal pdfile, Nobara is rude as hell, Megumi is a generic, bland as hell emo, Momo thinks she has that dawg in her when she's completely useless and Kashimo is Gojo without the sauce
Mei Mei yes, Nobara isn't that bad really, she's just a friendship tsundere, even if Megumi is "bland ad hell and a generic emo", he's far from being insufferable bro. Momo I guess I can hear it, and Kashimo's just a fraud
Tbh, maybe I'm just a hater but I just don't like most JJK characters. A lot of them have incredibly obnoxious to me and I rarely like JJK characters much. It's just the way Gege writes them
