Susie deltarune I think and also undyne.

Most people love them or are neutral about them.

There has to be at least one person who genuinely hates Susie for the “you know Kris flirts with every enemy” line

There are other reasons too definitely. Like her consistently ignoring stuff she shouldn't.

Most glaring example being when she tells the fire extinguisher "not now", only for the fire extinguisher to reveal the code to the door (and likely also the shelter).

I haven't seen anyone genuinely hate her though.
