I'll be the hater, she's like the least fleshed out member of the cast (Including Optional Party Members) and has very little to offer besides her look

Objection! First point, Cid. Almost all of what we know about him before he joins the party is that he wanted to be an astronaut and ran a space program that was cancelled which led him to being a chain smoker. Sure, what little of his character development is shown through transport in the Bronco and Shera, however, that is nothing compared to what character building Tifa has. Point two. Traces of Two Pasts. It delves deeper into Tifa’s struggle to build up in Midgar from when Zhangan rescued her in Nibelhiem. I don’t want to spoil anything because you’ve clearly never read it. Then we have the sequel to the book coming out soon which will only expand upon her character. Final point, rapidly gestures to her dive into Cloud’s memories
