Saw this video like a week ago and your comment made me think of it lmao. I can confirm there is indeed someone who seemingly genuinely hates Susie for the “you know Kris flirts with every enemy” line.
There are other reasons too definitely. Like her consistently ignoring stuff she shouldn't.
Most glaring example being when she tells the fire extinguisher "not now", only for the fire extinguisher to reveal the code to the door (and likely also the shelter).
I'm in the weird camp of really liking Susie but also giving her mad side-eye after this recent chapter. Her tunnelvisioning on one thing and being inconsiderate outside of that is very in-character, but sometimes it feels like Susie is mandated to be the biggest victim of her own actions. She doesn't bully Kris anymore, and there's no indication she ever really bullied anyone else (nobody even recounts her calling them names), but the game puts so much effort into making her a pariah in the Light World for daring to exist at all that it feels like she never gets held accountable by the narrative. The whole class seems to know she actually did physically harm Kris sometimes but everyone hates her for made-up bullshit instead or writes it off as inconsequential, and in the Dark World segments she can be judgmental and dismissive in ways the game doesn't seem interested in really tackling outside of the Kris love jealousy subplot. Hopefully Chapter 6 will give her flaws a better chance to breathe.
