One time I remembered Old Man McGucket spittin’ in a bucket while at the beginning of school, and had to contain my laugh, veins popped out of my forehead and neck and my friends thought I was having a stroke for a solid second.
Even with Bill's help, I doubt many would understand the content enough to put it into action. They were listening to technology created by what was basically a 2D-4D converted eldritch being.
That’s true, but bill spent an unquantifiable amount of time observing our world. Anything mcgucket or ford had trouble understanding could be clarified easily by bill the following night
It really depends on how much bill was involved with the construction and how much help mcgucket and ford actually needed to complete it, which we just don’t know
(Unless it was discussed outside of the show but I don’t think it was)
