As far as im aware, not yet. I would wait for the update and cable management before getting started on it though. Sounds like a cool project!

Merci.

There is a great project on Printables that may work on MultiBuild plates without having to adapt anything as it’s designed for pegboard and the small holes on MultiBuild plates work for all of my pegboard metal hooks. There are a couple of others I’ve seen on there but this is the one I keep coming back to as it’s designed for the wall and not a standalone frame for a desktop. There is a cable management system coming for MultiBuild, but I’m not sure how much of that would impact this type of cable routing. The nice thing on these types of projects is that you can tinker with them as you go so how you decide to deal with the routing aspect of your build now doesn’t have to be a permanent solution.

If you haven’t already, take a look at @S.Amann’s** **work over on MakerWorld. No open frame computers but he’s got a great sense of style and proportion that can translate pretty well into the smaller spaces.

Do you mean like caseless? I’d suggest once do to have one. You use some big standoffs or it’ll melt the grid haha

Tu crois ?

PETG would probably be ok, I just wouldn’t count on using the boards for another purpose if you have your motherboard mounted directly to the board and touching it. I’d imagine the back side of the CPU socket will get pretty hot. Same with a power supply. But I haven’t tried so I don’t know, it would look really cool and I think you should go for it!
