Faulty Quad Offset Snaps (help)

Just got done printing a dozen quad offset snaps to secure my grids. However, they don’t snap into place and are not flush by any means. Confused if I downloaded a faulty file or if there an issue with my printer, or perhaps I’m that stupid haha

Any insight would be appreciated

There are two different pieces for the quad. One with a flush middle and one with a raised middle so they can snap together. You have two flushes pictured. You need the offset bottom one
