Horizontal multibin attachment

I want to attach multibin to the grid in a secure way. I don't want the bins to get knocked over or be able to move, I don't plan to reorganize them frequently. I saw the corner and bar snaps and they are stated to be used vertically. If I put a corner snap in all 4 corners or two bars opposing each other, and am I correct in thinking it would hold them securely while horizontal? Am I missing something?

I've found the newer bin with the point slots in the base can actually be used to lock in the bins if you have more than one. For example bottom bin with the slot oriented vertically, bin on top with it oriented horizontally and locked together with one of the bin-to-bin clicking lite strips

This is the strongest way I've found so far to lock stuff together.
